怎么申请
发一封邮件到 support@hackingwithjs.com，附上你的订单号或 购买时使用的邮箱地址即可。我们会在 2 个工作日内处理。
退款到账时间取决于支付渠道，通常为 3–10 个工作日。原路退回。
为什么我们给足试用期
Grove 提供 14 天完整功能试用，建议你在购买前先试。软件合不合手是很个人的事， 我们宁愿你试过之后再决定，也不希望你买了发现不合适。
退款之后
退款完成后，对应的许可证密钥即失效，请从你的设备上卸载 Grove。
例外情况
我们保留对以下情形拒绝退款的权利：同一人反复购买后又反复退款、 或有证据表明许可证密钥已被公开分享或转售。
你的法定权利
本政策是在你的法定权利之外额外提供的保障，不构成对其的限制。若你是欧盟或英国的消费者， 你依法享有的 14 天撤回权不受本政策影响。

How to request one
Email support@hackingwithjs.com with your order number or the email address you purchased with. We process requests within two business days.
How quickly the money lands depends on your payment method — typically 3–10 business days, returned via the original route.
Why the trial is generous
Grove has a fully-featured 14-day trial, and we'd rather you used it first. Whether a tool suits you is a personal thing; we would much rather you tried it and decided than bought it and regretted it.
After a refund
Once refunded, the associated licence key stops working. Please uninstall Grove from your devices.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund where the same person repeatedly buys and refunds, or where there is evidence that a licence key has been publicly shared or resold.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not restrict them. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your legal 14-day right of withdrawal is unaffected.
