1. 授权范围
购买后，你获得一份非独占、不可转让的永久许可，可在你本人拥有或控制的任意数量的 Mac 设备上安装并使用 Grove。若为组织采购，需按实际使用人数购买相应数量的许可证。
2. 更新
自购买之日起一年内发布的所有版本，你都可以免费获得。该期限结束后，你已获得的最后一个 版本仍可永久使用，不会失效、不会降级、不会关闭任何功能。若希望继续获得 此后发布的新版本，需另行购买升级许可。
3. 试用
Grove 提供 14 天完整功能试用。试用期结束后，未购买许可证的用户将无法继续使用， 但本地数据与配置不会被删除。
4. 限制
你不得：
- 向他人分享、公开、转售或再许可你的许可证密钥；
- 对软件进行反编译、反汇编或以其他方式尝试获取源代码，法律明确允许的范围除外；
- 移除或修改软件中的版权声明、许可证校验机制或其他标识；
- 以自己的名义重新分发本软件，或将其作为竞争性产品的组成部分分发。
5. 知识产权
Grove 及其全部副本的一切权利、所有权与知识产权归开发者所有。本协议授予的是使用许可， 不构成任何形式的所有权转移。
Grove 包含若干开源组件，其中包括以 MIT 许可证分发的 Sparkle 更新框架。这些组件受其各自的许可证约束。
6. 免责声明
软件按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性 及不侵权的担保。
Grove 会对你的 Git 仓库执行写操作（暂存、提交、撤销修改、移除 worktree 等）。 这些操作可能导致数据变更或丢失。请自行做好备份，并在执行破坏性操作前确认目标正确。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带、 特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。在任何情况下，开发者的累计赔偿责任不超过你为本软件 实际支付的金额。
本条不排除或限制适用法律不允许排除的责任，包括消费者依法享有的权利。
8. 终止
若你实质性违反本协议，本许可自动终止，你应停止使用并删除软件的所有副本。 终止不影响你依退款政策可能享有的权利。
9. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用【填入管辖地】法律。因本协议产生的争议，应提交【填入管辖地】有管辖权的法院解决。

1. Grant of licence
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use Grove on any number of Mac devices you own or control. Organisations must purchase one licence per individual user.
2. Updates
Every version released within one year of your purchase date is yours at no additional cost. After that period, the last version you received remains usable forever — it will not expire, degrade, or have features switched off. Continuing to receive newer releases requires an upgrade purchase.
3. Trial
Grove offers a fully-featured 14-day trial. When the trial ends, unlicensed use stops, but your local data and settings are not deleted.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- share, publish, resell or sublicense your licence key;
- decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except where law expressly permits;
- remove or alter copyright notices, the licence validation mechanism, or other markings;
- redistribute the software under your own name, or bundle it into a competing product.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title and intellectual property in Grove and all copies of it remain with the developer. This agreement grants a licence to use — it transfers no ownership.
Grove includes open-source components, among them the Sparkle update framework, distributed under the MIT licence. Those components remain governed by their respective licences.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Grove performs write operations on your Git repositories — staging, committing, discarding changes, removing worktrees and so on. These can alter or destroy data. Keep backups, and confirm the target before running destructive operations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the software. In no event shall total cumulative liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the software.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you materially breach this agreement, at which point you must stop using and delete all copies of the software. Termination does not affect any rights you may have under the refund policy.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of [JURISDICTION].
